At the time of enactment of this Act, all legislation and institutions related to the utilization of Information Technology is not contrary to this Act shall remain applicable.

(1) This Law shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
(2) Regulation must be established no later than 2 (two) years after the enactment of this Act cognizance, ordered the enactment of this Act by publishing
in the Republic of Indonesia.
