PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Article 27
(1) Any person intentionally and without right to distribute and / or transmits and / or make accessible electronic information and / or Electronic documents that have a charge of violating decency.(2) Any person intentionally and without right to distribute and / or transmits and / or make accessible electronic information and / or Electronic documents that have a charge of gambling.(3) Any person intentionally and without right to distribute and / or transmits and / or make accessible electronic information and / or Electronic documents that have a charge of contempt and / or defamation.(4) Any person intentionally and without right to distribute and / or transmits and / or make accessible electronic information and / or Electronic documents that have a charge of blackmail and / or threatening.
Article 28
(1) Any person intentionally and without right of spreading false and misleading news which resulted in losses of consumers in the Electronic Transactions.(2) Any person intentionally and without right to disseminate information intended to cause hatred or hostility individually and / or groups certain communities based on ethnicity, religion, race, and Intergroup (SARA).
Article 29
Any person intentionally and without right to send electronic information and / or Electronic Documents containing threats of violence or scare addressed personally.
Article 30
(1) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful access to computers and / or other people's Electronic System in any way.(2) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful access to computers and / or Electronic System in any way with the aim to obtain electronic information and / or Electronic Documents.(3) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful access to computers and / or Electronic System in any way by breaking, break through, beyond, or break down the security system.
Article 31
(1) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful conduct interception or eavesdropping on electronic information and / or Electronic Documents in a computer and / or proprietary Electronic Systems Other(2) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful conduct interception of transmission of electronic information and / or Electronic Documents which are not publicly from, to, and in a computer and / or proprietary Electronic Systems Others either are not cause any changes and that causes a change, removal, and / or termination of Electronic Information and / or Electronic Documents being transmitted.(3) Unless the interception as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), interception is carried out within the framework of law enforcement at the request of police, prosecution and / or other law enforcement institutions are established under the legislation.(4) Further provisions regarding the interception procedure referred to in paragraph (3) is regulated by the Government.
Article 32
(1) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful in any way modify, add, subtract, transmitting, damaging, removing, moving, hiding an electronic information and / or Electronic Documents belong to other people or public property.(2) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful in any way move or transfer the electronic information and / or Documents Electronic to Electronic Systems Others who are not eligible.(3) To act as referred to in paragraph (1) which resulted in the opening of an electronic information and / or Electronic Document that issecrets of being accessible to the public with the integrity of the data is not as it should.
Article 33
Any person who deliberately and without rights or against the law to take any action that result in disruption of Electronic Systems and / or lead Electronic systems are not working as it should be
Article 34
(1) Any person intentionally and without right or unlawfully manufacture, sell, hold for use, import, distribute, provide,or have:a. hardware or software or a computer designed specifically developed to facilitate the actions referred to inArticle 27 through Article 33;b. Computer password, Access Code, or anything similar to that which is intended to allow Electronic Systems to be accessible in order facilitating the actions referred to in Article 27 through Article 33.(2) Measures referred to in paragraph (1) is not a crime if it intended to conduct research, testing of Electronic Systems, to Electronic system protection itself legally and not against the law.
Article 35
Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful manipulation, creation, alteration, removal, destruction of electronic information and / or Electronic Documents with the aim of Electronic Informationand / or electronic document shall be deemed as if the data is authentic.
Article 36
Any person intentionally and without right or unlawful acts as referred to in Article 27 through Article 34 which resulted in harm to another person.
Article 37
Any person intentionally committing prohibited as referred to in Article 27 through Article 36 in the outer region of Indonesia to the Electronic Systems that are within the jurisdiction of Indonesia.
