DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
Article 38
(1) Any person may file a lawsuit against the party that organizes the Electronic Systems and / or use of information technology raiseslosses.
(2) The public can file a lawsuit as representatives of parties who hold the Electronic Systems and / or use of Information Technology resulting in adverse public, in accordance with the provisions of legislation.
Article 39
(1) civil lawsuit in accordance with the provisions of legislation.
(2) In addition to settlement of a civil lawsuit as referred to in paragraph (1), the parties can resolve disputes through arbitration, or settlement institutions other alternative dispute in accordance with the provisions of legislation.
