DOMAIN NAME, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,
AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL RIGHTS
DOMAIN NAME, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,

Article 23
(1) Each state officials, People, Business Entities, and / or the public is entitled to have the Domain Name based on the principle of the first registrants.
(2) Ownership and use of the Domain Name referred to in paragraph (1) should be based on good faith, does not violate the principle of competition in healthy, and does not violate the rights of another person.
(3) Every state officials, people, business entities, or people who are disadvantaged due to the use of the Domain Name is without right by another person, is entitled filed for the cancellation of the Domain Name in question.
