Microsoft and Qualcomm Partner are to Provide PCs that run with the Snapdragon platform for developers to test their applications on Windows 8 on ARM.  There you may learn nothing by telling you that Windows 8 is definitely the version of the operating system of Microsoft's most revolutionary since Windows 95. This is not so much the system itself that is the reason, nor even its new interface Metro. No, what makes this version so special is that for the first time Microsoft will launch its OS to the public both a version for Intel x86 and ARM another version. But the ARM architecture is one that dominates the mobile world at almost 100%.

It also opens the door wide to competitors from Intel as Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Nvidia, etc. hitherto excluded completely from the world of chipsets for Windows PC. A real earthquake, therefore the world of computers, which is will allow Microsoft to be able to vary the device on Windows 8. With this strategy, the publisher intends to tackle head above the market shelves. In partnership with Microsoft, Qualcomm announced that its Snapdragon processor will participate in pre-launch (seeding program) Windows on ARM organized by Microsoft has for developers. The company that invented the 3G is working with Microsoft to provide selected developers of the test PC that was used to test and optimize applications for future tablet PC and Windows on ARM.
